I've been going to Teresa's classes for many years to keep my back in shape. Teresa is easy to follow continuously, and makes class interesting--I'm never bored. My abilities are less than most due to back and neck issues but her moves are easily modified either way for those who can do more or like me, less. I strongly recommend Pilates By Teresa as the way to go if you are looking for a regular pilates class. She keeps her prices reasonable too!
