Incompetent staff. You would think when it's your whole job to manage employee retirement accounts and benefits, you would get pretty good at it. NOPE. Not these people. They completely botched the paperwork for cashing out a small retirement account from an old job, then instead of informing me of the mistake and discussing how it could be fixed they did absolutely nothing and waited until I contacted them about it.

"Oh, I'm sure she doesn't need this $900 anyway. Don't bother calling her about it."

Even when I called and found out about the error, they were absolutely no help. They couldn't even tell me what paperwork was missing. I had to go above their heads and take care of it myself.
