Best tow in town!

Excellent & Fast Service. Saturday afternoon my COSTCO BFGoodrich tire came apart on the San Thomas Expressway. AAA sent Dick's Automotive Transport (City of Campbell), driver Colin, and a flatbed tow truck. CHP arrived and provided Traffic Control Safety. Colin is very helpful, offered me drinking water, and let me use his smart phone to find a local tire shop, Calderon Tires, and away we went. I definitely recommend Dick's Automotive Transport and their great Customer Service. Special thanks to driver Colin. Thumbs way UP!

Had the misfortune of needing not one, but two Dick's trucks recently. Robert and Ron were on the scene for over 5 hours and worked tirelessly and with unrelenting determination despite a challenging situation. Seriously impressed with the positive attitudes throughout the day. Highly recommended.

Additionally- neglected to mention that one of the owners came out to help and stayed for nearly 4 hours. Above and beyond.

Over the years, I have received a tow or gas from Dick's on multiple occasions. Other than one rookie with bad equipment (subpar fuel tank broke off in my filler neck, not a big deal) that we were able to remedy I've had nothing but great experiences. On the 26th I had my most recent interaction with Dick's and I couldn't have asked for better service, car for my vehicle, and good conversation during the drive home.
