Campbell Physical Therapy at 163 East Hamilton Avenue, Campbell, California.

I would rate their customer service a 4, however the quality of PT services provided to me messed my knee. Before starting my PT, I had mild discomfort in my knee while using stairs, with a pain level of 1. I visited orthopedic doctor to make sure nothing major is going on as a preventative measure. Did an ultrasound which wasn’t insightful. With doctors best judgement he recommended to start physical therapy before doing an MRI (I completely regret this decision, not getting MRI and starting PT both). I wanted some place with convenient commute, hence ended up at Campbell physical therapy. I did 8-9 sessions at this place and ended much worse than with what I started, pain went from level 1 to level 8, destroying my fully functioning knee. I no longer workout the way I use to, it would be a miracle if I can get through elliptical without being in too much pain after. Finally, did an MRI and need to do surgery, something I could treated with brace early on. Bottom line do not use this place to address any knee related issues.

I have used this place for year each time a different injury and Chris Ora is a Dr of PT and uses different method. Each Dr I spoke to and asked if Campbell physical therapy is the place to go and the answer is always. .. YES Chris is the best!!! And I AGREE!
